Refund policy

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 business days of delivery or purchase for a store credit refund. We'll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( ie- you've received an incorrect or defective item)

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions on how to get your items back to us!

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded
All items that are on sale are FINAL SALE

Gifts
If you've received a gift from our store you are welcome to exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.

We currently only ship within the US.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a store credit for the amount of your item(s) once we have received the returned product.
